Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data The Principle Studio (the sole-proprietor imprint of Phitsanuphong Sriphat, Bangkok, Thailand) collects when you buy or read its digital books, and how that data is used. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Your name and email address, so we can deliver the book you bought and contact you about it. Your order details (which book, when), held so we can re-issue your download and honour refunds. We do not collect or store your payment-card details; those go directly to our payment processor.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted providers, each handling only what its job requires:

Paddle: payment and merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles sales tax/VAT. Paddle’s handling of your data is governed by Paddle’s Privacy Notice.
Resend: email delivery. We use Resend to send your download link and any update emails.
Vercel: website hosting and delivery of the files.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase; to re-send a download link if you ask; to email you if a book you bought is substantively updated; and to reply if you write to us. If a post-purchase email invites your thoughts on a book, replying is entirely optional. We read replies; we don’t add you to anything.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not run advertising trackers or sell access to your inbox. There is no newsletter you’re enrolled in without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and contact details for as long as needed to support your purchase (re-downloads, refunds, update notices) and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to pete@theprinciplestudio.com and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights you can exercise directly with Paddle for the payment data it holds.

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published here.
