We want you to feel the book was worth its price. Our policy is simple, with no conditions to read past.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a book for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. You do not need to explain why, and no fees are deducted.
How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase, refunds are handled through Paddle. Use the refund link in your Paddle receipt, or write to pete@theprinciplestudio.com with your order details and we will arrange it. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your licence to read the book ends, and we ask that you delete the files. Each copy is watermarked with the buyer’s details.
